Most mornings I eat fiber-filled flakes in 1-percent milk. But other times, the sun is streaming through the window, coffee is brewing, orange juice is poured, and I think of big flaky buttermilk biscuits with spicy sausage, melted cheese oozing over the sides and buttery scrambled eggs.
Occasionally, I have full-fat hot links, but I’ve found that MorningStar Farms veggie links retain the same spicy kick and chewy texture as their meat counterparts. These new sausage, egg and cheese biscuits taste wonderful and don’t leave a greasy glob around your napkin like some breakfast biscuits purchased at fast food restaurants.
The biscuits are microwavable, and yet they still manage to exhibit a flaky exterior. You won’t miss the fat with the eggs prepared from egg white and veggie crumbles standing in for sausage. Having these biscuits on hand actually makes me look forward to breakfast!

I believe that avoiding packaged foods could be the first step to lose weight. They will taste fine, but highly processed foods possess very little nutritional value, making you eat more only to have enough strength to get through the day. For anyone who is constantly taking in these foods, transferring to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will make you to have more strength while eating less. Good blog post.
