Dark chocolate chips from Nestle Toll House was a treat I couldn’t pass up. At 53 percent cocoa, the morsels are larger and pack more of a chocolate punch than any I’ve tried. These are so good that I couldn’t wait to bake with them. I found myself unwrapping the bag over and over again just to pop a few morsels in my mouth. My package baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies and served as a mix-in to sesame seeds, shredded coconut and raisins.

I prefer darker chocolate to milk, so it was perfection when I pulled a sheet of golden cookies out of the oven and broke one in half to savor the hot, slightly melting chocolate. The chips are a delicious contrast to the sweet dough and make any cookie a more decadent dessert.
